Can you fix my problem remotely?

Most software issues, email problems, virus removals and setups can be done over a secure remote session. You watch everything that happens and can end the session at any time. Hardware and network jobs may need an on-site visit.

How much does it cost?

Every job is different, so we'll give you a clear quote after a quick chat about the problem. There are no hidden fees. A call-out fee applies, but if we can't fix it, you won't be charged anything on top of that.

Do you help businesses as well as homes?

Yes. We support households, sole traders and small businesses with everything from a single laptop to office networks and Microsoft 365.

Is my data safe with you?

Absolutely. We treat your files and accounts with care, only access what's needed to fix the problem, and always ask before making changes.
